Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of spacesaver.shop and any purchase you make from SpaceSaver Company (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your province or territory.

Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By accessing the site you agree that you will not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content (text, images, branding and design) without our written permission.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.

All content on this website, including the name SpaceSaver Company, its logo, product imagery and copy, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and the loads they are rated for. Product photographs are for illustration, and colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens and between production batches.

Prices

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more and a flat $25 below that, shown in your cart before you pay. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, and we will refund you in full if you do not.

Ordering

• Order processing. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours.
• Contacting us. You can send us a message at any time, and we reply as soon as we can, usually within one business day.
• Delivery times. For the full detail see our shipping page.

Orders and purchase terms

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
• You are responsible for giving accurate delivery and contact details. Please check them before you pay.

Payment and security

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery times and costs, and full return, refund and cancellation terms, are set out on our Shipping and Refunds & Returns pages, which form part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
• We provide the website as it is and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under provincial consumer protection law. The Limited Liability Indemnity page sets this out in full.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, because our Canadian administration office is in Toronto. If you live in another province or territory, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and nothing in this section takes that away.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
