Product descriptions and images
We describe our storage products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a load rating, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Mounting guidance is general
Any fitting or mounting guidance on this site is general advice. Walls vary, and so do the fixings they take. Nothing in this range is plumbed or wired, so no licensed trade is required, but a wall-mounted rack or hanger is only as strong as its fixing: match the fixing to the wall and to the load published on the product page, and nothing on this site should be read as advice about a wall we have not seen.
